"Recently I was contacted by Statefarm to make an appointment via video call to review my insurance coverage. It was so refreshing to have Emmalee Jones on the other side of the phone to answer all of my questions concerning umbrella coverage, whole life, term life, auto, home etc.. "I just moved to Mobile and Allison reached out to me before I even arrived. I've not ever had that great if a greeting and welcome to a new area. When I arrived, I worked with Lydia who also was fantastic, very friendly and precise on getting everything I needed for my relocation.
